You may not use our branding, content, or designs without written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

BOUNCE NATION LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or available.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOUNCE NATION LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

  • Errors or inaccuracies on the Platform

  • Viruses or malicious code transmitted through the Platform

  • Any third-party actions, tools, or services

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harford County, Maryland.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
